2. Returns & Refunds

Digital products are non-returnable.

We can only consider refunds under the following conditions:

The file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or cannot be opened,You received the wrong file, or The download link did not function after multiple attempts.

3. Incorrect or Missing Files

If you believe the files delivered are incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours. We will verify your order and provide a corrected version if applicable.

4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be returned to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
